As If Picked Yesterday

Our floral sculptures fit perfectly into our beautifully designed custom gift boxes, which are then placed into a corrugated shipping box for extra protection. This ensures that you receive your Kanizsa sculpture in pristine condition, as if the flowers were picked yesterday.

White Glove Service

We are pleased to offer hand delivery, where available, by special request. White Glove Service may only be arranged in advance of the delivery date, with a minimum of 5 business days’ notice. Additional charges apply and will vary depending on the details of the White Glove Service requested.

At this time, White Glove Service is available based on geographic areas mentioned in updated FAQ page.

Order processing

We ship from Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

COVID-19 Update

Due to the effects of Covid-19 on both global and domestic supply chains, shipping times have been delayed compared to normal service times. The delivery time information provided on this page has been revised to reflect those shipping times provided by our shipping partners during these difficult times. We appreciate your patience.

Express delivery

For those who are looking for an expedited delivery time that is not available under Standard Delivery, we are pleased to offer several different delivery options for express delivery for an additional charge. These options, their specific cost, and estimated delivery date are available during the checkout process.

International shipping

We currently offer international shipping to the United States of America. Please check back frequently as we are continuously adding to the countries that we can ship to. Shipping charges for orders to the USA will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Kanizsa is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Duties & Taxes

Duties and taxes are calculated at the time of checkout and are included in the total shown during the checkout process. Should you choose to make a changes to the delivery address by way of contacting the courier, after your Kanizsa sculpture has shipped, additional fees may be charged by the courier and are not the responsibility of Kanizsa.

Shipping times & International customs

Shipping times will vary based on the destination. Your choice of courier will provide a delivery estimate during the checkout process. Delays may be caused due to processing times required for customs clearance procedures.

Order status

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@kanizsaflorals.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Delivery insurance

All orders from Kanizsa, both domestic and international, come with insurance for maximum peace of mind. Shipping to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO. At this time, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, military or diplomatic addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), and select US territories.

Refunds, returns and exchanges

Kanizsa does not accept returns. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@kanizsaflorals.com with your order number and a photo of the packaging and item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
